Cup match between FC Paris and Olympique Lyon canceled after riots

French football fans caused a game to be abandoned in Paris. The supporters of FC Paris and Olympique Lyon had pelted each other with fireworks. Some even ran into the field.

In the cup game between second division FC Paris and Olympique Lyon, fans of both clubs threw fireworks at each other shortly before the start of the second half. The first division game between Lyon and Olympique Marseille was only canceled on November 21 after a bottle was thrown at guest player Dimitri Payet, Lyon was deducted a point.
