According to the Cheong Wa Dae National Petition Board on the 21st, an article was posted saying, ‘We are calling for the conversion of the female-only rental apartment ‘Seongnam ** Village’ to unisex.” The petition is in progress.

The petition, which was posted on the 16th and attracted about 450 people, pointed to ‘Dasom Village’, which was established in 2005 according to the Seongnam City Women’s Apartment Management Ordinance enacted in 1984.

Dasom Village, commissioned by Seongnam Urban Development Corporation, is a 200-unit apartment built in 3 buildings with 2 basement floors and 15 above ground in Jungwon-gu, Seongnam City. The individual living area of ​​the apartment is 49 square meters.

Unmarried female workers who work for companies in Seongnam City are eligible to move in. For a single household, the rental deposit is 2 million won and the monthly rent is 165,000 won, and for a two-person household, the rental deposit is 1.5 million won and 90,000 won per person.

The term of residence is 2 years for the first contract, and up to 8 years can be lived through 3 additional contract renewals.
