Shooter Vasermanis first place in international competitions in Poland

Our Olympian Agate Rašmane (Dobele), as well as Emīls Vasermanis (Tukums), Rihards Zorge and Ernests Erbs (Dobele) from Latvia participated in the adult competition in pneumatic pistol exercises. In the junior competition – Daniels Vilciņš and Roberts Graudiņš, Elīza Rasiņa and Sanija Didže (all from Dobele), Rūta Spriņģe, Alise Dvarišķe and Jana Lindberga (Tukums).

Jānis Lasmanis (Aizpute), Roberts Lignickis (Dobele), Sabīne Ķeķe, Lenija Feldmane (Aizpute), Beāte Šmuksta, Kate Urbevica and Anete Tukiša (Dobele) represented Latvia in the pneumatic rifle shooting.

Athletes could shoot each exercise twice. After a separate program, the finals of the exercises took place, a competition of mixed pairs, as with the Super Final, where the main prize was a car.

Emil Vaserman gave an excellent start on the first day of the competition – 584 points, a personal record, the norm of an international sports champion and won the 1st place in the first day of the competition.

Agate Rašmane won 9th place in both starts with 567 and 568 points, respectively.

Out of the juniors, the performance of Dobele athlete Elīzas Rasiņa is highlighted, who was the best in the top eight after shooting the main competition in both starts (557 points, 4th place and 554 points, 6th place).
