RO Baseball’s most outstanding AL player-Mike Trout of Anaheim Los Angeles Angels Sports Notebook

The word “valuable” can be explained in many ways, and no one can argue (nor does RO Baseball Club) trout stand out in the league.

Since Mike Trout entered the major leagues, he has been the best player in baseball. Through various websites that measure baseball viewership statistics, Trout’s name is among the best no matter where you are. This is why in the four seasons of the league, he has only one of the most prestigious trophies in the sport, the BBWAA Most Valuable Player. And he may be robbed again this year.

Look, we understand that it is difficult to assign value to a team’s goal for a player who has not reached the goal. In Trout’s five seasons, the Angels have achieved an average of 85 victories, and 98 victories in 2014 are a heavy burden for them-this happens not to be the only year in which Trout has won the championship hardware. However, any award commensurate with the best player of the season should not be attributed to what other teams have done around them.

This is part of the reason why we awarded the new name of the All-Around Player Award in RO Baseball-although it may be argued who is more valuable, it becomes more difficult to argue about who is better. Trout did all of this: hit (the highest 171 wRC+ in Major League Baseball), hit the bottom (ranked second in the MLB on FanGraphs basic running statistics, BsR, scored 9.3), and played an extremely important midfield position. Play excellent defense.

Our employees agree that Mike Trout is AL’s most outstanding player of 2016. We also agree that Mookie Betts is the second most outstanding. Look at the remaining votes below.
