After the episode that saw him involved with Isaiah Stewart in the last NBA match between Detroit Pistons and Los Angeles Lakers, won by guests 114-119, LeBron James risks a long disqualification. The King in the third quarter of the game while defending the rebound he threw a punch in the face at the opponent, opening a conspicuous cut on the forehead. LeBron immediately apologized, but it wasn’t enough for Stewart to put the episode behind him. Three times Detroit staff and teammates tried to hold him back, while he tried to face hard-nosed LeBron. After several minutes of confusion on the pitch both players were expelled from the referees led by Scott Foster. For LeBron this is the second expulsion in nineteen years of career in the NBA and to go back to the first one must go back to November 28, 2017, when during a match against the Miami Heat he was expelled for protests.
