Mytos obtains 10 medals in the Andalusian Infant and Cadet

The people of Almeria continue to shine wherever they pass. His ability in sports continues to leave its mark and, this time, the municipal sports school has achieved it Judo Mytos, belonging to Municipal Sports Board, which has emerged again in a new competition.

The Andalusian Championship at Rincon de la Victoria (Málaga) in the Rubén Ruzafa pavilion, in the children’s and cadet categories, qualifying for the Spanish Championship, scheduled for December 4 and 5 in Madrid.



The Almeria expedition formed by seven children’s judokas and nine cadets managed to achieve the best results for clubs since they obtained a total of ten metals. The cadet team, meanwhile, competed on Saturday, November 20.

There, the judokas shone with their own light and showed talent and skill. Sara Carrión, Ali Marín, Darío Torres, Rafa Rubio and Jairo Giménez they managed to hang the gold medal on the podium. Kiko Herguido he got the silver medal and Marcos Gallardo, the bronze.

On the other hand, in the children’s category, they also left the high pavilion with a total of three medals: Denis Stefan he got the gold medal and Álvaro Reche and Chema Ruiz the silver medal. While, Aegean Nativity he finished his competition with a disputed fifth place.

The Councilor for Sports, Juanjo Segura, congratulated “the athletes and the club for such significant achievements since the name of Almería is being left very high with each performance.” Likewise, he has considered “a pride that the grassroots sport does not stop giving joy to the city”.
