Finally!
Badminton in Denmark needs more female coaches. Also at the top. At the very top. Among the very best.
Well, gender does not matter? Are not the competencies the most important? Yes! Clearly.
But then more women must gain those competencies.
I have no second doubt that a female coach would be able to add something extra to the training, also in the mental area, of the female players. A woman now understands a woman better than a man. In my opinion.
But I’m from the boomer generation and maybe thinking too binary.
