Italian justice is interested in dozens of transfers from Juventus

It is that the Italian justice is interested in dozens of transfers which would have given rise to suspicious capital gains. The judicial investigation relates to 42 transfers out of the 62 which gave rise to capital gains. The Milanese and Turin offices of Juve received a visit from the financial police.

Three seasons (2018-2019, 2019-2020 and 2020-2021) and six leaders including president Andrea Agnelli, vice-president Pavel Nedved and former sporting director Fabio Paratici, today at Tottenham, are in the crosshairs of the two magistrates in charge of the investigation. The total of the sums concerned by false balance sheets would reach 50 million euros.

“The supervisory authorities of listed companies (Juve is listed) have sounded the alarm. They suspect the executives of having used transactions on players to record artificial capital gains with the objective of ” improve the club’s balance sheet.
