Heated atmosphere at Bayern Munich. There was a huge crash at the general meeting, the fans are pissed off at their club.

In terms of sport, things are going well at Bayern, but things are simmering in the background. The fans don’t like the corona vaccination chaos and the controversial Qatar sponsorship at all. At the annual general meeting the situation escalated, even honorary president Uli Hoeneß was whistled.

The angry fans did not let Hoeneß have a say when he wanted to calm the situation. So he left with a rumble: “I’m ashamed! This is the worst event I’ve ever seen at FC Bayern!”

Vaccination chaos causes displeasure

But how did the situation escalate? At first, the vaccination chaos and the Corona trouble were a big topic. Five top players are currently in quarantine, including vaccination hesitant Joshua Kimmich.

Boss Oliver Kahn warned: “So that this nightmare finally becomes a bad memory, it is the best way to get vaccinated! With this attitude we do persuasion every day. Of course also with our employees and players.”

Application through Qatar rejected

Bayern fans clearly against Qatar sponsorship

Even here the atmosphere in the hall was not the best. A member then proposed that the Qatar sponsorship be put to the vote. The club rejected this request in advance, and the member tried again. Loud applause was the result.

But then Vice President Dieter Mayer spoke up and even alluded to arch rival 1860: “Do you want us to vote on Audi at the end of the day or whether we play in the blue and white jersey?” That shook the mood, loud boos and whistles were the result.

“Don’t give a shit about human rights!”

A fan shouted inside: “The problem is, you don’t give a shit about human rights!” The request to speak received thunderous applause. With the closing words of President Herbert Hainer it got wild again: “We are the Bavarians, not you!” was called, even a resignation of the president demanded.

Not even Hoeneß was able to settle the situation, the Bavarians are finally on fire.
