Bronze for UAEM at the National Table Tennis – El Sol de Toluca

The Autonomous University of the State of Mexico completed its participation in the National Table Tennis Championship in third place, after losing in the final duel against the representative of the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Monterrey campus.

The National Table Tennis Championship, held in Cancun, Quintana Roo, and organized by the National Council of Sports for Education (CONDDE), gave the UAEM team the opportunity, made up of Anell García Saavedra and Paola Sarahi Molina Preciado , students of the Faculty of Accounting and Administration, to add this bronze medal to the general harvest of the maximum house of studies in these university sporting events.

At the meeting, the univerdes They fell 3 sets to 2, against Dulce Machinena and Hannia Padilla from Monterrey, who won the gold medal in the grand final.

These medals help us to continue working, we did very well and this result gives us peace of mind to move forward. We have a good generational turnover and the years of eligibility will have to be reviewed to form a stronger selection“said Edgar Madrigal, a table tennis coach at the university.

In this same discipline, the UAEM team won the gold medal last Monday.
