GenPI.co – The sparse chemistry was in the spotlight, now the mixed doubles couple, Praveen Jordan/Melati Daeva, has been dismantled by the coach, Nova Widianto.
Praveen/Melati returned to Indonesia after confirming the second place at the BWF Super 500 Hylo Open, Germany on 7 November.
This achievement also closes Praveen/Melati’s European tour, which has been going on since the Sudirman Cup 2020 last September.

Even though they managed to get on the podium, Praveen/Melati’s relationship throughout the 2021 Hylo Open actually became the spotlight of netizens.
The reason is, Praveen / Melati who usually show a sweet relationship seem cold and lack communication in the field.

This was also responded by the Indonesian mixed doubles coach, Nova Widianto in a PBSI release who admitted that there was a lack of communication between his students.
However, Nova hopes that the couple nicknamed The Honey Couple can soon overcome this and return to show a brilliant game.

“Praveen and Melati’s communication is a bit lacking. But I hope both of them can overcome that and play optimally,” Nova said.
