CANCÚN, QRoo, November 12, 2021.- The Universidad Anáhuac México Norte was fully organized the National University Basketball Championship 3 × 3 in the men’s and women’s branches on the floor of the Kuchil Baxal gym.
In the women’s division, the Anahuac México Norte team won the championship in overtime to beat the Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Aguascalientes 13-11. The members of the champion team are; Tyron Roberson, Herón Ríos, Jesús Hernández and Dwight Rosains, being directed by Roberto Rojas. The third place of the 3 × 3 National University Basketball Championship went to the representatives of the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico after beating the team of the Model University of Yucatan 15-13, to proceed to the closing and award ceremony.
