Another new man in the Werder Bremen coaching bench. Ole Werner will be the successor of Markus Anfang, who has resigned because of a supposedly forged vaccination certificate. Werner becomes the fourth coach within four Werder games.
OAccording to media reports, le Werner will be signed as the new coach of Werder Bremen this Sunday. The TV broadcaster Sky and the “Bild” report.
The 33-year-old resigned as a trainer for Holstein Kiel in September and quickly became the preferred candidate to succeed Markus Anfang in Bremen.
Most recently, Werder had to negotiate a transfer fee for the football teacher with Kiel because his contract with Holstein runs until the end of this season. According to information from “Bild”, an agreement has meanwhile been reached. The contract should run until 2023.
The beginning, which was only required in the summer, resigned after investigations by the public prosecutor’s office because of an allegedly forged vaccination certificate. As a result of its investigations, the Bremen health department had previously filed a criminal complaint against the beginning, and the Bremen public prosecutor’s office started investigations. According to information from “Bild” and the Internet portal “Deichstube”, the beginning is said to have stayed in Cologne on November 11th and celebrated the start of the carnival season there in a hotel.
Fourth coach in the fourth game
