Saint-Lubin-des-Joncherets. JCVA course on April 27 and 28, 2024. Judo is certainly a sport but it can generate good humor and conviviality as proven by the course organized Saturday and Sunday, at the dojo by the Judo Club Vallée d’Avre (JCVA), in Saint-Lubin-des- Joncherets.
The weekend event was aimed at children born in 2015 and, as usual, a precise program had been put together, including jogging, ground and standing technique, kata, randori and ju-jitsu. The course ended with the usual pool session.
These “revision and improvement sessions, supervised by Nacer Nouasria and Sébastien Bûche, brought together around thirty children. They made it possible to prepare for the next belt tests.
As for results, Saturday April 20 during the international excellence veterans tournament, Nacer Nouasria recorded a 5th place in less than 73 kg while at the end of contested fights Pascal Haye finished in a very meritorious 3rd place in less than 81 kg . Despite an injury, the latter was still present during the training this weekend.
