Villeneuve-Tolosane. Badminton club helps schools and colleges

The badminton club of Villeneuve-Tolosane (CBV31), as it had committed, continues to equip schools in the town.

After having endowed the Fernand Bécane and Maurice Ravel primary schools, it is the turn of the Canta Lauseta school. Thus, it is an endowment of 30 rackets, 30 shuttlecocks and a storage bag that was given. This endowment was made possible thanks to the help of the club’s partners: Sportraquette and Babolat.

In addition, a partnership agreement was renewed with the UNSS (Union Nationale du Sport Scolaire) of Jacqueline Auriol college. In addition to the identical endowment granted to the schools of the municipality, the college sports association will be able to have access to educational material, advice and supervision of the club’s coaches, in support of the head of the badminton section of the college. It should be noted that this bridge between the two associations will allow young villeneuvois to practice and discover this sport of shuttlecocks in good conditions.

All of these actions are part of the club project, focused on the school of young people and the development of this Olympic sport, specifies the co-president of the CBV31, Ghislain Saulnier.
