The ULPGC entertained its three students who each obtained bronze medals in the Spanish University Championship in the judo modality. They are Getsemaní del Carmen Almenara Betancor, Zuleima del Carmen Falcón Santana and Carolina Rivero Suárez, who were received by the rector, Lluís Serra Majem. Also present at the event were the Campus Vice-Rector for Culture, Sports and Social Activation, José Luis Trenzado; and the Sports Director, Mercedes Pacheco.
