The National Basketball Association’s (NBA) Phoenix team failed to agree on a new deal with Deandre Eiton, ESPN journalist Adrian Vodnarovsky reports.
The 23-year-old Bahamian has a valid contract for next season with a salary of $ 12.6 million. Under NBA rules, Eaton was able to receive a five-year extension from the team for $ 172.5 million, while taking into account the bonuses, the new contract could be worth $ 207 million.
In the off-season, negotiations took place between Eiton, who wanted to receive the maximum possible amount, and the management of the club, which was not ready to pay him such money. The negotiations have ended without result, because the owner of “Suns” has not offered the player what he expected.

Last season, Eitons averaged 14.4 points, 10.5 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 69 Main Event games, while he averaged 15.8 points in 22 play-offs, 11.8 rebounds and 1 ball. 1 pass. The dog made it to the NBA Finals, which recognized the Milwaukee Bucks’ superiority.
