According to The Athletic the Pistons cleaned up, and unsurprisingly they decided to cut the 3 players who had been invited for training camp: Derrick Walton, Cassius Stanley and Jared Cunningham. Chances are they can be found on the Pistons’ G-League affiliate team Motor City Cruise (prior to this season it was the Arizona Suns, a Suns affiliate team).
Now the Pistons only have 17 players in the squad, including 2 two-way contracts, which means that their squad for the season is undoubtedly known:
