■ Improvement of exercise performance

The Ti2000 has thoroughly reviewed the characteristics of conventional materials and made it possible to design with a thinner wire diameter (= coil spring thickness). By making the alignment thinner, the effective number of turns (= the number of turns required to satisfy the design conditions) can be reduced, and a weight reduction of up to 25% has been achieved. By making the unsprung part lighter, the suspension coil spring and tires move faster, improving road surface tracking performance and improving response when cornering. In addition, it is possible to keep the body at a constant height at all times, which leads to an improvement in ride quality.

■ Maintenance result of low-down form

The Ti2000 has achieved a dramatic improvement in durability by thoroughly reviewing the material characteristics of the suspension coil springs so far and using a new material that is resistant to corrosion and has excellent delay fracture resistance. As a result, it has become possible to keep the ideal low-down form for a long period of time by making the deterioration over time (settling) as close to zero as possible.

■Weight difference

By using Ti2000 material with high allowable stress, it is possible to design a suspension with a small material diameter and a small number of turns.
