Juventus are not doing well. After the home defeat against Sassuolo, it now also went down at Hellas Verona: 2-1. Giovanni Simeone was again the hero for Hellas with two goals. The 1 in 9 is bad news for Juve coach Allegri.

Giovanni Simeone, the eldest son of Atletico coach Diego Simeone, scored four times against Lazio last weekend and had also brought his nose for goals tonight. After fifteen minutes he had already hit twice: 2-0.

At Juventus, only Dybala could force something (his shot before halftime hit the crossbar) and after the hour Juve coach Allegri intervened. He threw in four fresh forces and one of those substitutes, Weston McKennie, made the final phase exciting: 2-1.

But no matter how hard Juventus tried, there was nothing more in Verona. The last curl towards Dybala’s goal was taken from the top corner. For Juventus it is the second loss in a row and it drops to 9th place in the standings. Hellas Verona has been on a good run since the coach change: Igor Tudor already took 15 points.
