Rajon Rondo comments on the heated argument between Howard and Anthony Davis

Friday night’s defeat to the Phoenix Suns proved to be a good test for the Los Angeles Lakers of LeBron James and his teammates. Not only was it another disappointing loss for LA, but to make matters worse, Anthony Davis and Dwight Howard got involved in a heated fight during a timeout.
Unsurprisingly, the incident attracted a lot of attention from within and around the League. Lakers NBA veteran Rajon Rondo provided some insights into the incident as he shared the kind of relationship Anthony Davis and Dwight Howard have:

“It can happen, you know, things like this always happen”, Rondo told Mirjam Swanson on Saturday Los Angeles Daily News. “Those two guys aren’t best friends but they still get along very well. Dwight is my best friend some days, AD is my best friend some days. Apart from that, two guys who try, two guys who want to compete. Frustrations happen on the pitch, obviously they have to control things better, but at the same time, when you lose, things are more amplified. That’s the way it is at the Lakers, but we work on it and we will soon be back to our levels ”.

Only time will tell whether or not Rondo is right about the NBA situation between Davis and Howard. Let’s see how things will develop.
