The Sixers had a season full of promise by finishing 1st in the regular season before collapsing in the second round of the playoffs. Doc Rivers’ team started the season with a 7-1. Then the Sixers lost a few games without much concern. Joel Embiid has survived in the regular season, to the point of being in MVP discussions. Then, Tobias Harris played fair and carried the team during the regular absences of his pivot. Ben Simmons, meanwhile, had a good regular season with envy, talent and aggression. The Sixers quickly qualified for the playoffs and the other teams began to doubt their strength against this armada of Phila. In the first round, the Philadelphia players eliminated the Wizards in 5 games. A flawless series without really worrying. In the second round, the Sixers face the Young Atlanta Hawks. We can’t explain what happened in this series, but the team’s mentality will completely drop. Throughout the series and more in the 7th game, Ben Simmons is no longer aggressive and does not even shoot at the basket. The Sixers are eliminated from the playoffs with a bitter taste and a collective hatred towards Ben Simmons. Great atmosphere!
