Mexico City.- With a great confrontation between the Atlanta Braves and the Houston Astros, the 2021 World Series of Major League Baseball will begin.
The Atlanta Braves made it out of the League Championship Series after beating the Los Angeles Dodgers 4-2 on Saturday night. While the Astros made their way to the World Cup, after beating the Red Sox 5-0 last Friday, October 22.
The 2021 MLB World Series will define the ultimate champion in seven games to win four. According to the Los Angeles Times, the team with the best record will have home-court advantage in the World Series.
So far, the Atlanta Braves had 88 wins, while the Houston Astros managed to clinch 92 wins in their favor.
The 2021 World Series will be played as follows:
- Tuesday, October 26 – 7:09 p.m. (Mexico Center) Game 1 in Houston – Braves vs Astros
- Wednesday October 27 – 19:09 (Mexico Center) Game 2 in Houston – Braves vs Astros
- Friday, October 29 – 7:09 p.m. (Central Mexico) Game 3 in Atlanta – Astros vs Braves
- Saturday October 30 – 19:09 (Mexico Center) Game 4 in Atlanta – Astros vs Braves
- Sunday, October 31 – 7:15 p.m. (Central Mexico) Game 5 in Atlanta – Astros vs Braves
- Tuesday, November 2- 7:09 p.m. (Central Mexico) Game 6 in Houston – Braves vs Astros
- Wednesday, November 3 – 7:09 p.m. (Mexico Center) Game 7 in Houston – Braves vs Astros
The games will be taking place in Minute Maid Park (in the case of Houston) and at Truist Park (when played in Atlanta). Likewise, the various confrontations between both teams can be seen through the FOX and CBS channels.
