Bessines-sur-Gartempe. A new president for the judo gym club. tatami On Tuesday, October 5, the Bessines judo gym club met for a general assembly. After a difficult year following the sanitary conditions, the president and the treasurer presented the moral and financial results of the past season. At the end of the meeting, Philippe Desmaisons, president expressed his wish to resign after 27 years of presidency within the club.
A new office was therefore elected with Guillaume Connan as president; vice-president, Jean Yann Chateauraynaud; treasurer, Christelle Leyterre; assistant treasurer, Marie Grandeur; secretary, Alexandra Desmaisons. Philippe Desmaisons remains honorary president.
A noter : In addition to the three judo lessons for children that the club offers every Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Bessines dojo, the association also organizes dance sessions for children on Wednesday afternoons from 4:45 p.m. to 6 p.m. h 45 and a fitness workshop for adults on Wednesday evenings from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
