Montrevault-sur-Èvre. The judo-club offers three trial courses

The doors of the Judo-Club des Mauges have been reopened since September 3. Particularity of judo: this sport can be practiced from the age of 4 years. It is possible to come for free trial classes to discover the discipline. Classes are led by Daniel Réthoré, 6e dan, state graduate professor. The health pass is compulsory for over 12s.

The club offers different time slots according to the age groups. Children born in 2016-2017 (Judo Awakening) meet up on Wednesdays from 5 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. those born in 2014 and 2015 on Tuesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., those born from 2009 to 2013 on Tuesday and Friday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. and those born in 2008 on Friday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Adults and adolescents born before 2008 have lessons on Tuesdays from 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (end of lessons at 9 p.m. for children), adults and adolescents born before 2007 on Fridays from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Finally, relaxation judo and ju-jitsu are offered on Tuesday or Friday from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (one lesson per week).
