He tried to get rid of the drug by throwing it into the hands of his underage friend. A pass from baseball players. But it wasn’t an “amazing” launch. The clumsy play of hands did not escape the Pergola carabinieri. And above all that cellophane wrapper with 60 grams of hashish in it. A 21-year-old from Sassoferrato, a worker, currently out of work, ended up in handcuffs. Accused of drug dealing yesterday morning, Antonella Marrone ended up before the investigating judge of the Pesaro Court, who, after validating the arrest, ordered the suspect – defended by lawyer Alice Terenzi – to measure the obligation to stay in Sassoferrato. The episode dates back to last Wednesday afternoon. The 21-year-old was traveling in his car, a blue Ford Fiesta, along via San Biagio in Pergola. With him, there was a 16-year-old boy from Pergola, a minor. Suddenly they came across a police patrol from the local station who ordered him to stop. The 21-year-old stopped and, together with the passenger, got out of the vehicle. Once outside, thinking he had a hand faster than the military’s eye, he tried to get rid of that bundle of drugs he had with him. He threw it to his 16-year-old friend. But the carabinieri have not lost a moment of that passage. They recovered the substance, 60 grams of hashish. Then they continued the control with the search of the car, but without finding anything else. For the 21-year-old the handcuffs were triggered and he was taken to prison at Villa Fastiggi on charges of drug dealing. Once the measure was validated, the judge then ordered him not to leave the borders of Sassoferrato pending trial.
