Hansa Rostock helps the fans: Corona tests only cost 13.90 euros – Bundesliga

Corona tests have been chargeable nationwide since Monday. Now it is also clear what that means for Hansa’s game against Sandhausen on Sunday (1.30 p.m.).

At first there was confusion because a Rostock test provider continues to check for a corona infection free of charge. City spokeswoman Kerstin Kanaa: “Because there are still no implementing regulations.” However, it can be assumed that they will come soon.

How does Hansa proceed?

Since then, the club has consistently spoken out against the 2G model, “so as not to exclude any fans”. In addition, the aim was to “keep the financial burden for the fans as low as possible in the case of chargeable tests,” says CEO Robert Marien (40).

The solution now: Tests at the Ostseestadion will be available for a comparatively cheap 13.90 euros (otherwise 20 euros in pharmacies). Students and schoolchildren even get the test for free. Marien: “This regulation will apply until December 31st.”

The process: Since the box offices are open again for the first time, coupons are sold there, which can be redeemed at the test stations (north stand, swimming pool).

The game against Sandhausen is also an indicator of how many unvaccinated fans want to go to the stadium – it is calculated at 800.

A survey at the Schalke game among 2,000 spectators showed: 77.5 percent had had the injection at this point, two percent had recovered from a corona infection.
