Saltillo, Coah.- The Coahuilense Sebastián García Flores presented his second medal to the Autonomous University of Coahuila, after hanging the silver in the individual mode in compound bow, inside of the National University Archery Championship that takes place in Aguascalientes.

The canin representativeor advanced to the Round of 16 directly, after finishing first in the qualifying phase, and in that instance he defeated Roberth Martín, from the Marist University of Mérida by 149-125.

In the Quarterfinals, the goalkeeper from Monclova gave an account of Bryan Castillo, from the Universidad Anáhuac Querétaro by 148-143, while in the Semifinals he dispatched César Peña, from the Autonomous University of Nayarit in a tiebreaker, after equaling the match at 146.

Sebastián García faced Miguel Becerra, from the University of Guadalajara, in the duel for the gold, and it was the Guadalajara who achieved the top of the podium by staying with the match, by 147-145, so the UAdeC representative had to settle for silver.

The Autonomous University of Coahuila concluded his participation in the National University Championship of Archery with a pair of silver medals, obtained by Sebastián García and Selene Rodríguez in mixed pairs, in addition to the Argentine single, both in compound bow.
