Nogent-le-Roi. New office at ESN Badminton. The Entente Sportive Nogentaise badminton section met, in general assembly, Saturday morning, in the Bécel room of associations, in Nogent-le-Roi. Philippe Gressent, the outgoing president comments on a contrasting period: “We have just lived through two difficult years. But, we have received the Eco Bad label (1 is level) of the federation, for our eco-responsible behavior ”.
“We start from zero”
No more sorting, replacement of paper by tablets, carpooling for meetings… so many efforts that will be continued.
The board of directors has been renewed, as well as the office, it is now Stéphanie Bayart the president, Frédéric Guilmeau the treasurer, Coralie Pissot the secretary, Stéphanie Vaineau the referent for young people, Marjorie Pidoux for communication, Estelle Guyard and Cécile Glehen are members.
The new president notes: “We have lost adult players, teams, we are starting almost from zero. We are going to organize a day to welcome the new licensees, the club tournament will take place on January 23 and 23, the departmental veterans championship will take place on July 2 and 3, 2022 ”.
The club is present at Jean-Moulin college, with the badminton option where 14 4th year students are enrolled. “They are very motivated, we hope to have other classes next year and especially that it brings the teenagers back to the club”.
