Apes with PSG, Donnaruma Gives Return Code to AC Milan?

Gianluigi Donnarumma expressed his admiration for his former club, AC Milan, even though he has now anchored with French League giants, Paris Saint-Germain.

INDOSPORT.COM – Gianluigi Donnarumma expressed his admiration for his former club, AC Milan, even though he has now anchored with French League giants, Paris Saint-Germain.

At the beginning of the summer of 2021, AC Milan parted ways with Gianluigi Donnarumma because the goalkeeper decided not to renew his contract at the San Siro.

For the Rossoneri, this is a crushing blow, as the team lost a product of the club’s academy which has great talent.

However, AC Milan did their best in the interests of the club by looking for a new goalkeeper as they were unable to comply with the high demands of Donnarumma and Mino Raiola.

It is known, before Gianluigi Donnarumma left Milan, the Rossoneri surprisingly brought in a new goalkeeper from Lille, Mike Maignan.

Interestingly, Donnarumma recently revealed his love for AC Milan. He did not even rule out the possibility of returning to the team that made his name.

“Back to the San Siro? I would certainly be happy, Milano and AC Milan are an important part of my life. I am happy and hope there are no (problems) whatsoever,” said Donnarumma.

Gianluigi Donnarumma has been somewhat unlucky since he decided to leave AC Milan and the Italian League. The 22-year-old is only the second-choice goalkeeper at Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) after Keylor Navas.

Antonio Donnarumma’s younger brother has only played 3 of the 9 matches that PSG have played in French Ligue 1 2021-2022.
