This man, James Henrik Olsen, 68, also a resident of the housing complex where the incident occurred, faces multiple charges after locking a father and his 5-year-old daughter on a tennis court in Kendall while she was riding her bicycle.

According to court documents on October 10, Olsen, who also resides in the place, on 133 Southwest Avenue in Kendall, was upset to see that the young woman and her father, Mr. Alejandro Valcárcel, used the tennis court while she was riding her bicycle. .

Olsen posed as building security and ordered both of them to leave the place, as the subject did not proceed and placed a padlock on the door of the only entrance to the court locking the victims against their will.

Mr. Valcárcel quickly alerted the current security of the association, while the authorities arrived, provided support to the victims, located the subject and arrested him.

Olsen was booked into the TGK County Jail, where he was denied bond and released until his next court hearing.
