Zhejiang DailyRecently, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League announced the list of “National Upgrading and Good Youth” for 2021. A total of 116 outstanding youths and 25 youth collectives across the country have won this honor, including members of youth social organizations, leaders of rural youth getting rich, young entrepreneurs, Occupations and fields of young science and technology workers, young students, young doctors, young officers and soldiers.
Zhejiang youth performed outstandingly in this selection, with 5 individuals and 1 collective on the list. Among them, Huang Yaqiong, a member of the Chinese National Badminton Team, Yu Haoxiang, an undergraduate of the Computer Science Experimental Class of Tsinghua University Interdisciplinary Information Research Institute, He Yan, deputy director of the First Taxation Office of the Taxation Bureau of Dinghai District, Zhoushan City, State Administration of Taxation, and a director of Zhejiang Colorful Sunshine Foundation Chang Wang Chengchao and Zhang Luna, director-general of the Chumen Tianyi Social Work Service in Yuhuan City, won the title of “National Upward Good Youth”; State Grid Zhejiang Power Red Boat Youth Commando won the title of “National Upward Good Youth Collective”.
