In Group E, the group of the Red Devils in the qualifying campaign for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, Wales grabbed the win at the last minute against Belarus: it became 2-3. Thanks to a hat-trick from Gareth Bale, Wales caught up after halftime.

The home team quickly had to chase after in Kazan, Russia. Gareth Bale opened the scoring with a penalty after six minutes. Just before half an hour, Vitali Lisakovich (27.) equalized the score again, also with a penalty. Belarus took courage from the equalizer and barely a minute and a half later took the lead via Pavel Sedko (31.).

Albania comes in second place in the same group for the time being, ahead of Poland, after a late victory against Hungary. Armando Broja (87.) was the celebrated man with the home team with the only goal of the match.

In group J made it Iceland by Arnar Vidarsson a double deficit against North Macedonia to get to 2-2. Won in group C Bulgaria with 1-0 from Lithuania.
