The home team quickly had to chase after in Kazan, Russia. Gareth Bale opened the scoring with a penalty after six minutes. Just before half an hour, Vitali Lisakovich (27.) equalized the score again, also with a penalty. Belarus took courage from the equalizer and barely a minute and a half later took the lead via Pavel Sedko (31.).
Wales had to look for the equalizer in the second half, which eventually came via Bale (69.). He used his second eleven meters of the afternoon. In the ultimate final (95.) the captain completed his hat trick.
In group I received England football dwarf Andorra. It was a trouble-free evening for the English. Jesse Lingard (18.) opened the score before half time. Harry Kane (72.) doubled from the spot and again Lingard (78.) and Bukayo Saka (85.) deepened further to 4-0. England maintains a perfect 15/15 record thanks to the win. Albania comes in second place in the same group for the time being, ahead of Poland, after a late victory against Hungary. Armando Broja (87.) was the celebrated man with the home team with the only goal of the match.
In group J made it Iceland by Arnar Vidarsson a double deficit against North Macedonia to get to 2-2. Won in group C Bulgaria with 1-0 from Lithuania.
