Feyenoord attracted Guus Til last summer. The midfielder opted for an adventure in Russia, but barely played matches at a level for two years. At Feyenoord, he has flourished again with a selection for Orange for dessert. The 23-year-old midfielder is important again with six goals in Europe and hopes to keep it up for the rest of the season.

His choice for Spartak Moscow did not work out well, neither did his rental period at sc Freiburg, partly due to injuries.
The choice for Feyenoord was made quickly, he tells NOS. “De Kuip has something magical. In terms of stadium, it can’t be matched in the Netherlands. I used to think Feyenoord was an impressive club. I enjoy it immensely. You notice how it lives in Rotterdam. Everything breathes football here.”
