While Brazil pushes for sanctions in FIFA, the English league would have agreed to challenge the mother entity using the players who did not yield in the Qualifiers.
While from Brazil they push so that FIFA suspend for five days the soccer players of the Premier League who were not loaned for the Playoffs, in the English league the teams agreed and will challenge the parent entity by fielding those players on the next date.
As reported by the English newspaper The Sun, after three days of intense talks between the FIFA authorities and the Premier League, it was impossible to reach an agreement between the parties. Thus, after a teleconference between leaders of the British teams, the teams reached an agreement by which they will not contest the presence of the South American players on the next date.

From the League, they also agreed not open investigations against teams that decide to use these players. All while the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) pushes for the players who were not loaned are suspended for five days from the day they should have returned from their selections – from September 10 to 15 -, within the framework of FIFA regulations.
If this position is confirmed, they will have the ball in Zurich. According to the British media, FIFA’s position is that of contact the Football Association seeking support to avoid this situation, at the same time in which they will try to reach an agreement with the British government to soften sanitary measures and avoid another scandal in the next Knockout window, between October and November.
