Jean-Louis Rampen, Executive Chairman of NSI, an IT services company in the Liège region, is joining the Standard’s Board of Directors as an independent director, the Rouches announced in a press release.
In the board, he will meet the President of the club, Bruno Venanzi, as well as Alexandre Grosjean (CEO), Pierre Locht (Director of SL 16 Football Campus), Mario Bronckaerts (President of the Rouches Family), Jean-Yves Reginster , Bruno Vanderschueren and Bryan Whitnack (all three directors).
Despite this change, the shareholding remains unchanged, as the Standard indicates in its press release.
