(Toronto) The Toronto Raptors announced Monday the addition of three instructors for the 2021-22 season.
They are Trevor Gleeson, Nathaniel Mitchell and Earl Watson, a former head coach with the Phoenix Suns.
They will join assistant head coach Adrian Griffin, as well as instructors John Corbaccio, Jon Goodwillie and Jim Sann with head coach Nick Nurse. The coaching staff also includes Jamaal Magloire, as a player development consultant.
Gleeson comes to Toronto after spending eight seasons as head coach of the Perth Wildcats in the Australian National Basketball League. There he posted a record of 171-98.
Mitchell has worked with the Charlotte Hornets for the past three seasons in an assistant coach role. He had previously worked in the Toronto organization, as an assistant with the 905 Raptors, in the G-League.
Watson also played in the NBA as a player for 13 seasons.
