Shipping to Italy is carried out with our logistics partner DHL. You can view here the shipping methods available as well as the costs and delivery times.
All products can be returned free of charge within 30 days from the delivery date. Learn more here.
Packaging
Mytheresa is committed to an environmentally friendly shopping experience. For this reason, all our shipments are sent in eco-friendly packaging. However, you can choose to receive your order in our yellow box at no additional cost.
SHIPPING METHODS
Shipments are made through our logistics partner DHL. All deliveries made by Mytheresa are insured against theft and accident damage. As soon as you have collected your delivery personally and confirmed by signing, the insurance coverage expires.
Please keep in mind that we do not ship to PO boxes and that the shipping costs, for any partial deliveries, will be paid only once.
Orders are processed and shipped during our business hours: Monday – Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 CET and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 18:00 CET (except public holidays recognized in Germany). The goods will be ready for shipment within one day of payment.

TRACEABILITY
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the identification number useful for traceability. By clicking below you can check the status of the shipment an hour or two after receiving the e-mail.

Shipping with Swiss Post:
DELIVERY IN SWITZERLAND
For deliveries to Switzerland, please note that product prices include Swiss VAT as well as the usual customs and handling costs. Shipping costs for returns will not be refunded.
REPLACEMENT WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION
We hope you enjoy your purchase. If not, we remind you that it is possible to exchange all items, including those on sale, within 30 days of receiving the order.
HOW TO REPLACE AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER
Step 1
Contact our Customer Service to book the new desired size
Step 2
Complete the replacement form provided indicating which items you want to replace and the reason for the return
Step 3
Insert the completed form (s) with the items to be returned in their original packaging.
Step 4
Attach the label provided on the package.
For DHL, please leave the package open to allow the courier to check the contents along with the invoice.
For Swiss Post, close the package securely before delivering it.
Step 5
Make an appointment to collect the package with the same courier who made the delivery (DHL or Swiss Post)
Step 6
Once the DHL courier has checked the contents of the package, close it carefully.
Step 7
After receiving the package, we will send a confirmation
Step 8
The previously booked item will be shipped immediately
CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT
• The right of replacement is valid only for items still in the condition in which they were received: unused, unwashed or altered and with all tags attached
• The replacement is valid only for the same items in different sizes; it is not possible to replace items in different colors or with different products
• The replacement of the same item in a different size is possible only once
• Items must be returned to mytheresa.com in one package. We reserve the right not to accept items from the same order returned and shipped at different times
• The return of orders by the customer must be done exclusively through the courier who delivered the order (DHL or Swiss Post)
• Substitutions are accepted only if they come from the same country of delivery. For example, if the delivery of the products took place in Italy, we will accept the replacement only from Italy. Otherwise, the return will not be free and the shipping costs will be charged.
