Montpellier president Laurent Nicollin was clear: to leave for this summer transfer window, striker Andy Delort (29 years old, 2 games and 1 goal in L1 this season) will have to request his departure (see here). And the message has been heard. According to information from the daily L’Equipe on Saturday, the Algerian international demanded an exit voucher from his management during a meeting on Friday.
Disappointed by the choice of his captain, the MHSC will not however block him and plans to start negotiations with clubs interested in his services. On this file, OGC Nice is currently the best placed with a first concrete offer, estimated at just under 10 million euros.
