Moissac. Still judo and jujitsu and now also Taïso

It is the resumption at the Moissac judo club with an enriched 2021-2022 season. The judokas know it well “the greatest glory is not to never fall, but to get up again with each fall”, this is why, after this health crisis, the team of the leaders and the teachers joined forces. to restart a sports season, 2021-2022, with new proposals.

The Moissagais club will continue its usual work of initiation, leisure and competition in its founding disciplines: judo and jujitsu, but will offer an additional section of Taïso oriented towards health sport at the start of the school year. This practice is intended primarily for seniors and veterans or for people who want to resume physical activity gently after a long period of inactivity or medical problems. This section is also suitable for overweight people of all ages. Here, no fall, no blow, no trauma.

Women will always be welcome at judo, Jujitsu and self-defense sessions where the proposed activities are designed by teachers to respond to the problem of violence against women. “The techniques taught will make them stronger, more confident, all in a mixed and benevolent group,” assures the president.

Finally, the economic impact of this crisis was also at the heart of the club’s thinking. This is why very preferential rates will be offered for all membership renewals but also for women, for families … A sponsorship system is launched and the “sport pass” set up by the State will be accepted in the club.

At the start of the school year, the club hopes to find members of all ages (from 4 to 70 years old and over), of all physical levels, of all sexes … to share with them sporting and friendly moments under the aegis of the code well-known moral of our discipline.

Registration at Cosec, Aarmand-Rigal sports center, 7 rue Jean-Moulin in Moissac on September 1 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday September 4 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Sarlac stadium. Possibility to register during the first sessions.

Monday: 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., jujitsu / self-defense; Tuesday: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., judo chicks (8/9 years old); from 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m., benjam judo (10/11 years old); from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., minimal judo and more (12 years old to adult beginners). Wednesday: from 2 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. Judo awakening (4/5 years old); from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., judo mini-chicks (6/7 years old); 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., jujitsu; from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m., self-defense. Friday: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., judo chicks (8/9 years old); from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., benjam judo (10/11 years) and from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., judo minimal and over (12 years old to adult beginners). Saturday: 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., Taïso sport santé group 1; from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., taïso group 2.
