FC Bayern smarter and more ripped off
In the further course, the team of head coach Andrea Trinchieri presented itself more and more confident. The Munich team acted smarter and more ripped off and showed a strong performance especially on the defensive. However, they were not able to set themselves apart in a preliminary decision.
In the final minutes Alba even came close to three points (82:79), but acted too nervously in the decisive moments and also awarded simple throws, for example from the free throw line (only 9 of 17 in the second half). So Bayern’s victory was no longer in danger.
