After eight months of stoppage, the airois archers had the opportunity to resume competition with the Departmental Championship.
In the small recurve bow, Flavie Becart won the title in the final with 529 points. The same goes for Marion Picque (642 points) and Marynn Brouille (621 points) in compound bow.
These results allowed them to qualify for the French Championships.
Other archers also distinguished themselves during this weekend. In compound archery, Romain Iket took a good second place for his first Championship, as did Pascal Vanbergue, who finished third in recurve archery.
La Flèche Airoise will meet you this summer to discover archery for free, the association is indeed organizing two open days, Saturdays August 21 and September 11 at the Berton room.
