“The first X-ray showed no fracture, now it will resonate, so we’ll see how it is with the ligaments. Let’s hope it won’t be anything serious. Perhaps he will leave for training with us and the treatment won’t take long,” coach Pavel Vrba told club television at Juliš’s address.

In previous duels, Sparta organized a cannonade at Strahov, defeating the third-league Hostouň 8: 1 and the second-league Prague Dukla 7: 0. Although she had the upper hand over Líšeň, she could not make a practical whole match.

The preparatory match, which was again played for 4×30 minutes, was decided in the 114th minute by the striker Václav Drchal. Letenské now awaits training in Bad Kleinkirchheim, Austria, where they are planning several preparatory duels with as yet unidentified opponents.

“We saw a match where after 14 days you play the last match before the training and you know it. We won 1: 0, but of course we have a fortnight period that was very demanding. We lacked lightness and accuracy in the final phase. I’m a bit dissatisfied that we didn’t push through any more. The opponent played well in an organized way, we had a hard time. But we should still win by a bigger difference in our quality, “says Vrba.
