Slavia drew with Gliwice in a single match of summer training

Slavia Prague drew 1: 1 in Austria with Polish Gliwice in the only match of summer training. The general for the new season did not succeed in the results of other first league teams either. Teplice surprisingly lost to the second league Dukla Prague 1: 2, České Budějovice lost to the Cypriot Paphos 0: 1 and Liberec to the same result with the German second league Regensburg. Olomouc drew with Gdynia 1: 1 and the Bohemians 1905 won over Senice 5: 0.

Slavic coach Jindřich Trpišovský still lacked representatives in the general team who took part in the recent European Championships. In the basic line-up, only one of the summer reinforcements, the winger Srdjan Plavšić, joined.

The Prague team, who left for a training camp at the beginning of this week due to one positive test for coronavirus, sent Nicolae Stanciu back to the lead in the 48th minute with an accurate shot to the post. In the middle of the second half, however, Patryk Sokolowski equalized with an equally successful shot.

“It was a lot to see that we basically played 11 on 11 for the first time. We planned to play two matches here plus three matches between each other, unfortunately the four matches fell off before. For the first match, some things were decent. But it was clear that the movement wasn’t what we were used to. The match did what we needed. We got to the big field, the match and the ninety-minute load. But we still have work to do. “ stated for the Slavic website Trpišovský.

The bad form in the preparation was confirmed by Teplice, which for the third time in a row failed to beat the opponents from the second league and lost the fourth of the last five duels. Pavel Moulis scored the only goal of the North Bohemians against Dukla.

Liberec and Regensburg have held a goalless state for a long time. The fourteenth team of the last season of the second German league decided only in the 88th minute from the penalty, which was changed by Andreas Albers.

“A very high-quality match, especially in terms of physical parameters, a difficult match with duels and runs for defense. A big test for us. We are at some stage, the beginning of the season is always difficult for us to get to know the players. Not everyone plays their optimum, we expected that at this stage, “ said Liberec coach Pavel Hoftych for the club website.

Olomouc did not beat the foreign opponent from the lower competition either. Sigma slept with the first half against the Polish second league Gdynia and after the change of sides she only had to equalize after the head of the tracker Roman Hubník.

“We played a match of two different halves. We entered the first one badly, we were far behind the opponent in terms of movement. On the contrary, we started the second half actively. At least we deserved a draw, because we had significantly more opportunities in the second half.” said Olomouc coach Václav Jílek.

České Budějovice was not enough for Paphos, which last season played in the Cypriot league of the superstructure retention group. The South Bohemians scored the only goal in the 66th minute after a corner kick. The Czech defender Josef Kvída also represented the opponent.

“There were a lot of inaccuracies in our game. Both in the transition phase and in the last third of the game. We didn’t manage to build on the good things from Wednesday’s match with Krasnodar.” said the coach from České Budějovice, David Horejš.

The role of the favorite was confirmed only by Bohemians 1905, who outclassed Senici in five goals in Austria. Twice, the summer reinforcement of the “Kangaroos” Jan Chramosta prevailed against the Slovak team, which narrowly held in the highest competition in the spring.

This weekend, the general will expect more first-league teams, and the new season of the highest competition will begin next Saturday.
