OM: Longoria does not let go of G. Simeone

Announced in the sights of Olympique de Marseille, striker Giovanni Simeone (26 years old, 33 games and 6 goals in Serie A for the 2020-2021 season) can leave Cagliari this summer. Indeed, the Italian club recently opened the door to a departure of its striker during this transfer window (see here).

OM want to take advantage of this and discussions between the two clubs are underway, announces La Gazzetta dello Sport. The transalpine training is however a little greedy and claims 15 million euros. Marseille President Pablo Longoria is trying to lower the price for a player whose value is more around € 10 million.
