Jackonsville Jaguars final draft-and-quarterfinal top pick Trevor Lawrence signed his four-year rookie contract on Monday, which will allow him to attend training camp in three weeks.

As permitted by the NFL collective agreement, Lawrence will receive $ 36.8 million, including a signing bonus of $ 24.1 million.

In 2021, his salary will be $ 6.7 million on the Jags’ payroll.

Now that his young prodigy is under contract, Jacksonville has now signed agreements with six of his nine picks in the last draft. Only running back Travis Etienne (first round), cornerback Tyson Campbell (second) and tackle Walker Little (second) remain without a contract.

Lawrence is expected to be the Jags’ starting quarterback in his first season. He posted a 34-2 record with Clemson during his brilliant stint in the NCAA.

He ended his career in the college ranks without suffering a loss in the regular season. He led the Tigers to the national championship in his season freshman, in 2018.
