Mavericks cambian a Josh Richardson a los Celtics

The Dallas Mavericks traded forward Josh Richardson to the Boston Celtics on Saturday in return for center Moses Brown, the organizations announced.

Richardson joins the Celtics after a season in which he was indebted to his triple by hitting just 33% of his attempts, but in which he left 12.1 points per game, 3.3 rebounds, 2.6 assists and one steal. He’s sure to reinforce Boston’s second unit next season.

The deal went into effect before Richardson’s next salary kicked in, giving the Celtics a $ 11 million trade exception.

Brown, meanwhile, averaged 8.6 points, 8.9 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in 43 games with the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2020-21.
