Borussia Dortmund has apparently tried its luck with Federico Chiesa. According to ‘Sport1’, BVB dared to submit an inquiry to Juventus Turin, but had been rejected. The 23-year-old right foot is not available for a transfer.
Chiesa was one of the regular staff at Juve last season, but is naturally overshadowed by world star Cristiano Ronaldo. In addition to the Dortmunders, FC Bayern and Chelsea, among others, had hoped to somehow get a foot in the door. But in vain – the old lady is planning firmly with the Sprinter, which until next summer is actually only borrowed from Fiorentina with a purchase obligation.
The details: If Juve reaches the top four again and Chiesa plays 60 percent of all games over at least 30 minutes or delivers ten goals and assists each, the 40 million passage applies. So it all boils down to Chiesa swirling in the Juve jersey over the European flanks in the coming years.
