AMSTERDAM – The Dutch relief that Portugal will be avoided in the eighth final of the European Championship was palpable in Prague and was received with giggles in the capital of the Czech Republic. “If it means that the Orange underestimates the Czechs, then the Netherlands is making a big mistake,” warns Vaclav Cerny (23) Frank de Boer and his players. “The Czech Republic is playing an annoying game, with which they can really make it difficult for large countries.”
