Coaches, 15 – 99 years, experienced
The coaches are important in terms of giving the kids at the football schools a good experience.
Therefore, we hold a 3-hour coaching seminar to dress the coaches prior to the start of football school.
You will get tools that are aimed directly at being a coach at a football school, but also tools that you can use in the daily training.
You will be given inspiration booklets on the day.
We work with some basic topics such as:
– What does it mean to be a football school coach
– How to create a good development environment
– The good welcome
– The coach as a role model
– Instruction tools
– Football school training vs club training
The starting point is DGI´’s teaching material prepared by Carsten Dohm and Thomas Elmar.
When?
The course will be held on Saturday 26 June at 9-14.
DGI North Jutland participates from kl. 9-12. From kl. 12-14 there is lunch for the coaches and they have the opportunity to plan the week’s trainings and eg activity day, together with the school and coach leader.
